The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 6, section 5, line 8, after the word “promulgated” by inserting the words “by the authorizing agency”;

And,

On page 6, section 5, line 8, after the word “code” by striking out the words “to implement” on line 9, and inserting in lieu thereof the inserting the words “relating to”.
